Cheddar Bay Biscuits
We call the "Red Lobster Biscuits."
Servings: 8
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup butter
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Topping
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic or garlic powder
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients. Cut in butter with pastry cutter. Stir in milk and cheese. Drop onto cookie sheet to form biscuits. Bake at 400 degrees 12-15 minutes, or until golden. Melt butter, add seasonings, and brush on top of hot biscuits. Serve immediately.
