Tomatoes, Avocado, and optional Cottage Cheese

Want a quick, easy, refreshing summer meal? This is it!


  • slices of fresh garden tomatoes
  • 1/2 avocado
  • dollop cottage cheese optional
  • fresh salt and pepper to taste


  • Slice tomatoes. Halve, pit, and peel avocado. Arrange on plate. Add desired amount of cottage cheese, if using, and some fresh ground salt and pepper. That's it!
